The State of Texas is a non-disclosure state for property sales information and the National Association of Realtors requires a strict procedure to be followed for us to be able to offer you sales analysis and sales details over the Internet.
The process is simple. You register, accept the terms and conditions, we send you an email with a verification code, the first time you login the system will ask you for that verification code.
The terms and conditions require that we inform you of the state required disclosures about what it means to you when the broker represents the seller or the buyer. And also protects the rights of data ownership. You simply agree that you are a real customer interested in real estate and that you will not re-distribute the data.
You may see some national sites that show sales summary information that they have received from a few volunteers, but that will not be the complete picture of all the sales data. In a major metro area, that may be enough to give you an idea of the market conditions, but especially in a small market like ours, their numbers can be way-off.
Purchasing real estate is too important a decision to make a guess. Know the facts. And remember, we are always standing-by to help explain the sales numbers and how they apply to your specific situation and requirements.
